Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks, Courses):

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ebooks, audiobooks, or digital courses. We recommend reading full product descriptions before purchasing. If you experience technical issues with downloads, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.

Physical Products (Paperback Books, Workbooks, etc.):

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or misprinted

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify for a refund or replacement: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the item if damaged

If approved, we’ll provide further instructions and process your refund or ship a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address input during checkout

  • Minor cosmetic flaws that do not impact use

Processing Time for Returns

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping times for replacements vary depending on location.
